Hi,

1.  Does anyone at Auber know if there is someone in the Philadelphia, PA area who installs these PIDs on the Rancilio Silvia V3?

2.  I have heard that installation of the PID will void my Rancilio warranty.  Is this true?

3.  How difficult is the installation (and how much time) for an electronics illiterate (but computer literate)?

I've had the Silvia since the end of November, and I've learned to use it pretty well.  Still, I would like the precision afforded by the PID.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Auber instrument might help you install the PID, contact their sales team.
You don't have to be electrician to install the PID, however, you need to know some basic of the electrics to troubleshoot the problem if any. Auber instrument will help the instruction.
