I have the older HD220-w humidity controller that was connected to wifi using the AuberSmart app. It has been a few years since I have used it and have a new router (Actiontec T3200M)since it last connected. I have separated the frequencies to get a dedicated 2.4g network with its own unique SSID. I have tried everything I have read and cannot connect. The one question I have is whether the AuberSmart app is still compatible with this controller? Online video tutorials for the legacy AuberSmart app is different than what I have and mine functions more like the new AuberWiFi app. Any help is much appreciated.

Auberwifi app is not compatible with HD220-W controller. It is only compatible with latest WIFI controller models starting as AW and SYL-3615. For your HD220-W, you need to use Aubersmart app.
