I am monitoring my 5352 with the USB software provided but when I go to the Graph View it doesn't show the progress of my firing. I am getting the data points recorded because I can export them as CSV and graph in Google sheets but can't see the progression of the firing on the graph in real time. Any ideas?

The x-axis and y-axis in graph view are not auto-scaling. If your temperature is higher/lower than the default scale, your graph view will show blank, but timer will be running.

You can check "settings" then "display parameters" to adjust the scale.
