I purchased a Tabletop Rapidfire Pro LP kiln and it arrived yesterday. I believe the Auber unit it uses is the SYL - 2352PI programmed it for the recommended initial burn out. It seemed to work as expected but after five minutes, the SV flips to negative numbers, AL2 lights up and it seems to peak at - 230° while flashing "ORAL" in the AV. I suspect that something either wasn't programmed properly at the manufacturer or there's a malfunction in the unit. It runs through the program and it did smoke like it burned off the interior but I have no way of knowing what the interior temp was without a buying a pyrometer. Tech support at Tabletop Furnaces won't be back until Monday so I'm hoping someone can at least tell me what's wrong before I call them next week. Thanks in advance

ORAL is sensor error. If your temperature sensor is bad or disconnected, this controller will flash ORAL. As protection, it will turn off its output to your heater.

Negative SV could be related to your ramp soak programs. Please double check your prorgam.

This issue is related to the unit being wired incorrectly and was fixed by switching the placement of the red and yellow wires.
