I have issues with my setup, facing damaged heaters. Currently, I use:

One PID-controlled loop - having 1 SSR (45Amp and 240v) and 2 cartridge heaters (150W & 120V each) connected in parallel sensed by a 1 K-type probe. Source is wallplug 120V.

I want to reach 800C, and the capacity of heaters is 871C. Can anyone guide me with this please? Circuit is similar to attached image, just that I added another heater in parallel.

The following troubleshooting guide for SSR system will give you some ideas, hopefully.

If you are using one SSR to drive two 150W/120V heaters, please make sure you install your SSR to a heat sink.
