My 1999 Silvia with PID added in 2007 no longer will change from 221° brew temperature to steam temperature when Steam Switch is activated.  

The Steam Switch lamp lights up but the temperature remains at 221° and the ON/OFF Switch continues to flash.

Both SSR and Sensor have been replaced previously. Machine brews normally but no steam.

Problem happened from one day to next.

Need some help troubleshooting, Please.
