I am trying to find an controller to manage the  SSVR25A5V: SSRV w/0-5VDC control. 

Specifically I want to control the SSVR based on a temp differential.  I would like the the output of my RIMS tube to remain constant temp (example: 152F) and adjust SSVR output voltage (i.e RIMS wattage) based on input temp.  This seems like the ideal controller would require 2 temp sensors (or 1 temp sensor and a "gain" adjustment), a setpoint, and a variable output 0-5v (or 0-20mA with a resistor).   

I am surprised I am not finding a controller with this functionality.  So surprised I am thinking I must be overlooking the obvious.
