Which PID control for 500c. salt bath?

I need to control the temp of a salt bath for brass annealing. Simple as possible.  I'm using a lead melting pot, and already have a probe.  I'm having trouble keeping the temp constant and would think that the 1510 DPMA would likely be just the ticket...?

500C is 930F, so you can use WRNK-191 for it. The WRNK-191 option has 6" probe, and you can only insert up to 3" into your pot. If your pot is large, and if you want to insert more than 3", you need to use 10" probe instead.

Here is the link for WS-1510DPMA:

Also, this controller is rated as 15A/120V/1800W. Please make sure your heater is within this limit.

Ok, I've already got a spade end thermocouple from a electric thermometer that was sold with the salt bath kit...looks like it would fit on the 1510.

So, I just plug in the power to the melting pot as well as the thermocouple and voila, the temp will remain relatively constant, say within 10 degrees C.?  (I'm dipping rifle brass for 7 seconds apiece @500c., as fast as I can go)

Nice, the dial temp. control on the lead pot doesn't really work that well...Is there any discount codes... free shipping...A t-shirt?  (I'm cheap)  ;)

This controller is a PID controller, so it should maintain at your target temperature within couple degrees. If you got 10C unfortunately, you need to run auto-tune at your target temperature, to tune its settings.

As I know, there is no promotion for this controller at this time.
