Will not stop healing boiler at SV (goes to steam control)

I have  just installed a new PID kit for an Silvia V1. This came with the steam control and pre-infusion.

When the machine is turned on, the OUT LED lights up and the boiler begins heating up. Around 190F the OUT LED begins to blink and then turns off, however the boiler continues heating up, up to the steam control temperature of 284F. This seems to happen whether the Brew Switch, or the steam switch is on, or neither are on. The SV is set to 221.

After doing some reading, this would indicate to me I most likely have a bad SSR.

I have double checked my wiring, both to the controller, to the SSR, and to the connection in the top of the machine. Everything seems to be connected properly.

At this point, what should I do to resolve this? Are there other tests I should perform? I do not have a multi-meter, however I can purchase one if necessary.

Thank you.

Please check that when the measuring temperature above your SV and the OUT light becomes off, check the light on your SSR; if the SSR is still on, that means it went bad.

It's not recommended to test the SSR output with a multimeter; if you can find a light bulb, please connect that with the SSR output and see how it behaves.

If the SSR went bad, you can purchase a replacement by sending an email request to mailto:info@auberins.com">info@auberins.com

Sorry for not updating this post, but this was already resolve by phone support. The SSR was bad and they sent me a replacement.
